Update on 22nd Sept - Tony & Guy reached out to me after seeing my review. I visited them again - this time they examined my hair and washed it, then asked me to check for another week. Even after a week, the issue persisted, and they agreed to redo the service.
I visited them once more, and this time a different stylist worked on my hair. He spent about 5 hours redoing the entire process. Now I have completed two washes post-treatment, the results are good - my hair looks 70–80% straight with no frizziness.
The service is worth the money spent, and I appreciate the customer service provided by the salon. That said, it would have been better if it was done right the first time, as I ended up undergoing Botox twice within just two months.
Rating revised to 1 to 3 for the customer service aspect.

I visited Toni & Guy Hairdressing, Marathahalli on 5th August for a Hair Botox treatment. My natural hair is wavy and tends to get frizzy. The stylist recommended Botox, assuring me that it would significantly reduce frizz and give me a 60–70% straightened look.
The service was priced at ₹8,500, and they also suggested using the QOD shampoo and conditioner to maintain the results. I purchased both products along with the treatment.
After the process the hair looked nice. After the first wash, my hair looked okay - frizz was reduced, but there was it still looked wavy at the ends and near the scalp. By the third wash, my hair had already gone back to being almost the same as before - frizzy at the ends and wavy all over.
This is especially disappointing because this isn’t my first time getting Botox/Keratin treatments. From my past experience, the results typically last 30–35 washes before wearing off. Here, the results barely lasted 3 washes.
To make sure this wasn’t just my hair, I checked with a friend who had done the Botox treatment with me at the same time at the same place. She too reported the exact same issue - her hair was back to its natural frizzy texture in just a few washes.
I am unsure whether the problem was with the quality of the products used, the quantity applied, or the application process itself. What I do know is that I spent ₹8,500 only to have my hair look the same within a week.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I feel it was a waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone considering such treatments at this branch to be cautious and reconsider. Sharing photos of my hair after 5th wash.
