Tom is the man without a doubt, I had a blowout on my trailer on the freeway, then I made it to an exit! I looked up immediate roadside assistance and there he was in a flash. Tom responded very quickly, had great customer service and got me a new tire within a hour at a great price as well, I had 11000 pounds in my trailer and he got the job done for me and got me back on the road. Tom really pulled me out of a jam one night. Caught a flat at 2 am with no spare. He picked up on the second ring and was on his way in the next 5. Within 45 minutes I had a new tire and was on my way (with amazing prices given the hour). 10/10 recommend and will be saved in my contact list for sure!!!

If I could rate this a negative 5 I would. My tire went flat on my way back to Houston. They told me I needed to pay $65.00 to come out. I paid it but while waiting someone at the gas station changed the tire for me. I asked for my money to be sent back and the guy kept saying “what are you talking about, you were never charged”. I told him that he did get the Zelle because u have proof with and email from my bank that the payment went through. I kept calling and they kept sending me to voicemail. I definitely don’t recommend.

Tom was great! He got to me really quickly and got me rolling again in no time. I even learned a bit. I Will definitely recommend him and use his services again.

Tom is amazing and incredibly talented at assisting you if you get locked out, broke down, a flat tire or experiencing battery issues. He knows where all the tire shops are that carry used tires if you prefer to go that route for a temporary solution or new tires if you need a more long term solution.
