Toms Appliance Service

I called Tom to repair my parents’ washer, and he came out the next day to take a look! This was my first time interacting with an appliance repair technician, so I was a little anxious, but Tom was great; professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate him coming outside of his usual service area to help us. Thank you again, Tom!

Tom was able to diagnose & repair my refrigerator in a very timely manner....he was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable - 5 Star rating. However, I have not been able to get a response for another service call despite multiple calls & voicemails.

I must say that I am very pleased with Tom and his quick service. We had an emergency dryer repair needed due to loads of laundry for kids attending camp. He came out and fixed it the same day at a very reasonable cost. Needless to say, we will be calling Tom again if we have an appliance breakdown.

My 18 month old dishwasher stopped filling. I called 2 places who wanted a large deposit just for coming in. Tom gave me a solution to try before coming in. His solution worked. Thanks for being a stand up, honest businessman.

Called about my dishwasher not working. Ron was great came and looked at it. Told me it was the motor. Said not worth to fix, better to replace unit. He didn’t try to sell anything. He recommended where to go buy. His fee is what was stated on the phone. No extras. I would definitely recommend and use again

I would highly recommend Tom! I called him Tuesday morning because I smelled gas coming from my dryer. Within the hour he was at my house and diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part before he left and by Thursday morning it was installed and ready to use. He's very professional and personable with fair prices.We will definitely be using him in the future for any repair needs. Thanks again Tom!

My refrigerator stopped working late Friday night. I called Tom and he came out first thing Saturday morning, had the needed parts on hand, and had it fixed by 9am. He was very friendly and I was happy with the pricing for such a short notice call. Highly recommend!

We have had to use Tom three times in the last 5 months due to older appliances needing maintenance. He is AWESOME! He responds so quickly and come to the house within a day or two. Then remedies the situation within a week. He has worked on our washer, dryer, and stove. We have had no issues with any of them since. We recommend Tom to all our neighbors and family!

Called Tom on Monday and he got right back to me. He was able to get me in to fix my (Samsung) washer the same day! Tom arrived right on time and made short work of the fix and was on his way. Very happy with the service and I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Tom does great work at a fair price. Shows up when he says he will and clearly communicates what is needed and how much it will cost. He will let you know if it’s not worth fixing. Saved our dryer twice.
