The guys did an excellent job! They were efficient, neat and cleaned everything up after. They finished cleaning two systems of duct work in a day and it made an incredible difference in my husband’s dust allergies. Highly recommend them!!

Tom’s AC has been maintaining my furnace and AC unit since I purchased my home in 2019. The 2x/year maintenance plan is highly recommended. I don’t even have to be there and I know they do what I need in maintaining and letting me know if there’s any watch outs. Also were very helpful when we had one of the hottest summers in 2025 and a part on my AC went out…they ordered and installed the part as soon as it came in. Highly recommend!

We contacted Tom’s AC to schedule an evaluation and quote a couple months back to get split units. They even came out, took video, etc. They assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days. However, after a week without any updates, we reached out to inquire about our quote. We were informed that the salesperson had the necessary information and would be contacting us. Unfortunately, two weeks passed without a response, prompting us to follow up again. This time, we were told he was busy but would get back to us. Regrettably, we have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience raises concerns about their responsiveness and customer service, leaving us to wonder if they genuinely value potential business. This is disappointing since they came highly recommended. I hope they can improve their sales communication in the future.

Purchased complete system for Tom’s and they installed on budget, on time, and have had excellent follow up for service and maintenance.

Tom’s did a great job. The young man who worked on my system was polite, professional, and kept me informed.

I had an unusual substance on the floor coming from our HVAC system and called Tom’s Cooling and HTG and they came out the very next morning. Mike, the technician was very thorough and explained everything to me understandable language. He was very pleasant and honest and got right down to the problem. I highly recommend Tom’s Cooling and Heating.

When the teeam arrived they did an excellent job and this morning I woke up and could breath and sinuses were not blocked. The only complaint I have is they did not call or text me that they were on the way. At 1:30 we decided they were skipping us again but at 2 they knocked on front door and proceeded to cleaning all our air vents. We will keep your number and will call if we have any furnace problems

Our HVAC Technician Mike was awesome, he is very knowledgeable and explained each step of the maintenance service. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Tom’s Heating and Cooling.

Terrible I told the CS rep I needed gas and the tech came two days later saying the cannot add R-22 it’s illegal….and quoted me a $10k new machine…. Crazy Another company came right over and put 1 lb. Of R-22 and quoted me $6000 for a new system Crazy how out of line this company was.

We had 2 furnaces and heat pumps replaced by Tom's. The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job!
