The guys did an excellent job! They were efficient, neat and cleaned everything up after. They finished cleaning two systems of duct work in a day and it made an incredible difference in my husband’s dust allergies. Highly recommend them!!

I had an unusual substance on the floor coming from our HVAC system and called Tom’s Cooling and HTG and they came out the very next morning. Mike, the technician was very thorough and explained everything to me understandable language. He was very pleasant and honest and got right down to the problem. I highly recommend Tom’s Cooling and Heating.

Jacob showed up this morning as promised. Clean, smiled, professionally dressed, and courteous . Went right to work on my furnace which is under my house and kneeling space only. He diagnosed the issue and had my unit running properly after installing the new part. I will recommend Tom’s A/C and Heating to my friends and whenever the subject comes up. Dale, Osage Beach

We contacted Tom’s AC to schedule an evaluation and quote a couple months back to get split units. They even came out, took video, etc. They assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days. However, after a week without any updates, we reached out to inquire about our quote. We were informed that the salesperson had the necessary information and would be contacting us. Unfortunately, two weeks passed without a response, prompting us to follow up again. This time, we were told he was busy but would get back to us. Regrettably, we have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience raises concerns about their responsiveness and customer service, leaving us to wonder if they genuinely value potential business. This is disappointing since they came highly recommended. I hope they can improve their sales communication in the future.

Tom's was quick to help fix my problem temporarily so pipes didn't freeze and then offered a reasonable price on a new system with quick installation before the holidays. Thanks for a positive experience!

During a routine winter inspection of our furnace, Technician Mike found burnt wires on one of the coils on the heater grid board. We're waiting on an repair estimate and part availability. So repair is pending estimate approval. Update: Repair was satisfactorily completed and being a member of their V.I.C. Program saved us alot of money on the repair,

These HVAC experts have been very pleasant to work with, efficient and kind. They worked diligently to get the heater working again, keeping me informed the entire time. I appreciate their caring attitude since this is entirely new territory for me.

I consistently have good experiences with this company. I’ve used their service three times in five years. My most recent service was extremely prompt. The tech finished his appointments early that day, so was able to spare me the emergency fee for coming after hours. This was same-day service. Their technicians are consistently professional and respectful. They provide quick, knowledgeable service and will give an explanation for anything I ask.

When someone as knowledgeable and efficient as Brady is your sales contact you expect the installation and service to match. My install was an inside job. The install crew did not place anything over the carpet. The result being a muddy grimy carpet in front of the utility room. Plus they made a helluva mess inside the room from the brazing. The first maintenance visit guy found a leak due to poor workmanship from the original install. He was pleasant and good at following up but he left the unit in the OFF position. The Daiken thermostat does not warn you that the unit is off so you believe you have the schedule set correctly. The result was that we arrived to a hot condo. The unit works great and I would purchase again. Ask for Brady.
