We contacted Tom’s AC to schedule an evaluation and quote a couple months back to get split units. They even came out, took video, etc. They assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days. However, after a week without any updates, we reached out to inquire about our quote. We were informed that the salesperson had the necessary information and would be contacting us. Unfortunately, two weeks passed without a response, prompting us to follow up again. This time, we were told he was busy but would get back to us. Regrettably, we have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience raises concerns about their responsiveness and customer service, leaving us to wonder if they genuinely value potential business. This is disappointing since they came highly recommended. I hope they can improve their sales communication in the future.

I consistently have good experiences with this company. I’ve used their service three times in five years. My most recent service was extremely prompt. The tech finished his appointments early that day, so was able to spare me the emergency fee for coming after hours. This was same-day service. Their technicians are consistently professional and respectful. They provide quick, knowledgeable service and will give an explanation for anything I ask.

I called one day and they were going to come out after hours, but would be charged for after hours. It was cool enough to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, it needed a part that had to be ordered. Repairman came out 2 days later, early afternoon. It was fixed in under an hour. Part was covered under 12 year warranty, so only paid for service call and labor. Only issue was repairman didn't notify us either time he came. Just showed up. AC is working great. Would recommend Tom's!

Wow! I have been a happy and satisfied customer of Tom's Air Conditioning for 2 years! Recently, I had to have my hot water heater replaced and a refrigerant leak repaired on my air conditioner. Mike has been awesome. He is very nice, kind and knowledable. He explains everything so well. He follows up on every detail which I love. He is a tremendous asset to your company. Shelby and Ashley in the office have been wonderful to work with too. All of these amazing people treat me like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Tony came out to check out our AC. He was very considerate about time and got here when they said he would be here. He was thorough and explained everything to me. Fortunately for us everything checked out good. I would not hesitate to call them back in an instant or refer them to anyone. Thankyou for your professional kindness. It is truly appreciated and the best way to run a trustworthy family business.

When someone as knowledgeable and efficient as Brady is your sales contact you expect the installation and service to match. My install was an inside job. The install crew did not place anything over the carpet. The result being a muddy grimy carpet in front of the utility room. Plus they made a helluva mess inside the room from the brazing. The first maintenance visit guy found a leak due to poor workmanship from the original install. He was pleasant and good at following up but he left the unit in the OFF position. The Daiken thermostat does not warn you that the unit is off so you believe you have the schedule set correctly. The result was that we arrived to a hot condo. The unit works great and I would purchase again. Ask for Brady.

They are always responsive and get the work done. We are renovating our home and while Tom’s was responsible for reinstalling the ac equipment, they went above and beyond to get it done so construction could continue. We’ve been using Toms for years and they never disappoint! Great company. Friendly service and they communicate!

We had our Daikin fit for over 1 month now and we are extremely satisfied with it. After talking with Brady we went with the Daikin fit based on his recommendations and the 12 year warranty, and our home has never been cooler. The majority of the time this unit runs very quiet and yet maintains the set temperature inside. After getting our first energy bill with a full month of running the unit we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was approximately 60% less than our previous bills during the same period. And it was hot and humid out, and the unit ran pretty much day and night. The 2 guys who installed both the outside unit and the air handler were on time, courteous and professional. We had a small issue with the unit the next day after install but Brady was here right away and took care of it. If anyone is looking for repairs, service or a complete new unit, you have to give Tom's Air conditioning a call. Great prices, great service and all of them have been very professional. This is really nice to see here at the Lake.

Tom's Air Conditioning was wonderful. They were able to come out the same day and fixed our air conditioner without delay. Jacob was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on his truck. We will definitely call them again if we have any more problems and highly recommend them.
