We contacted Tom’s AC to schedule an evaluation and quote a couple months back to get split units. They even came out, took video, etc. They assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days.
However, after a week without any updates, we reached out to inquire about our quote. We were informed that the salesperson had the necessary information and would be contacting us. Unfortunately, two weeks passed without a response, prompting us to follow up again. This time, we were told he was busy but would get back to us.
Regrettably, we have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience raises concerns about their responsiveness and customer service, leaving us to wonder if they genuinely value potential business. This is disappointing since they came highly recommended. I hope they can improve their sales communication in the future.
