We've had Tom do two separate driveway projects for us. Both times the work is outstanding, on-time, and under budget. He was able to alleviate our runoff/drainage issues. We've already got him planned for the next phase of our lower driveway to be asphalted. We cannot recommend Tom Perry Construction enough. I highly recommend Tom. He cut out a rocky hillside into a large pad for a double garage for us. He was able to start the job quickly to take advantage of a good weather window, and was great about setting clear expectations about the unknowns of excavating in rocky terrain. We planned to distribute the spoil on site and he did excellent work making useful flat areas and smoothing out the driveway, really appreciate the quality of his work. Lastly, he’s a real good guy, very responsive and great to work with.

Tom is a master of his trade and an absolute pleasure to do business with! 100% would recommend him to anyone needing excavation services in the Boulder area. I was in a tight spot with winter coming and needed a new driveway leveled in a sloping area with tight turns. A couple days later, Tom showed up and went to work. Just a few days later I had a wide driveway that was expertly graded and ready for winter. Will definitely do business with Tom again. Wonderful communication, super friendly, and an expert in his craft.

Tom did a terrific job for our culvert repair, and on short notice. We needed a time-sensitive estimate and he came out the next day after I called him. When it was time for the work, he gave me notice and came as scheduled. The work was done quickly and well. We're happy with the end result, both structurally and esthetically, and gladly recommend Tom Perry Contracting!

Tom is great to do business with. Very knowledgeable, on time, and professional. He built a pad for a shed I had ordered very quickly. I received comments from the company who built it that it's one of the best pads they've seen.

Tom does excellent work. He was very honest with us about the best option for regrading and surfacing our long and steep driveway, gave us a very fair price, and completed the work so fast once we gave him the go-ahead. I am amazed at what he was able to do with our eroding driveway; it looks great, drives so nicely, and has been holding up perfectly to the torrential rains we have been getting over the last few months. I would highly recommend Tom. He is very professional, honest, fair, has quality equipment, and does high-quality work.

Tom did a fabulous job (on short notice) re-laying crushed asphalt on my large driveway and laying rock out front of the flower bed. It really looks amazing! He is friendly, knowledgable and professional. I also felt that Tom really wanted to make sure I was happy with the results.
