The best and most honest auto body shop in town! I took my car to two different auto shops before Tom Cherry and I had a gut feeling that they were diagnosing my car with an issue that wasn’t the problem I was dealing with, so I took it to Tom Cherry and they fix the actual issue I was having which was unrelated to the problems the other two autobody shops were trying to fix. If I hadn’t of gone with my gut and taking it to Tom Cherry, I would be out more than $4000. I highly recommend tom cherry!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, the customer service was about as welcoming as a rainy Monday morning. I felt like I was bothering them by even being there. Then there’s the work itself—let’s just say my car came out in worse shape than when I brought it in. They managed to “fix” one problem and somehow created three more. And the pricing? Absolutely outrageous for the quality of service. It felt like I was paying for their coffee breaks instead of actual repairs. All in all, if you want to keep your car running and your sanity intact, steer clear of this place. Huge disappointment all around.

Best muffler shop in btown. Got my truck in on a Thursday and it was fixed by Friday. Good prices and simple old school shop. Nice guys working there too.

They did a awesome job on my exhaust replacement. Very informative, just great work and customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you guys for all your hard work today in such short notice!!!

Great people - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. They care a lot about the cars (and the customers) and definitely want the best outcome. Prices are better than other places and very reasonable. I wish they did reservations instead of walk-in only but that's not a big issue.

Deserves nothing less than 5 stars. The vibes as soon as I made a phone call were great. I spoke to Mitchell and he seemed so nice. They are even nicer in person! All of them are positive people. They do not take appointments, they are first come first serve. Just go inside, tell them your concerns and get put on the wait-list. That alone should tell you how much Bloomington loves this place, they don't even need appointments they know people will come and give their business! They talk you through every step of the way as well, they tell you how long you will need to wait, how long the job will probably take and how much the job will cost. He even fixed a part of my exhaust I didn't ask to be fixed for no additional charge. I just get bad vibes from 90% of shops in this town and I did not have that experience here whatsoever. I've been to meineke in Ellettsville and they absolutely rinsed me of my money. That's why I do almost everything myself now, exhaust work is not something I can do so I came here and did not regret it.

This is a true gem of a local auto mechanic shop. Mitchell and Zach are so polite, they explain the problem and possible solutions very well, and I can trust them (probably the most important thing). They have done a very good job fixing various problems on my two cars, and they want to make sure all is right.

This shop took care of both my ailing car (catalytic converter) and me as the customer. They didn't overcharge, were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - great service does still exist! Thank you Mission Auto Care for referring me to Tom Cherry Muffler! And speaking of Tom, apparently, the techs are all named "Tom" lol, love it!

Took my drag car in for some cut-outs years ago and knew they were the guys to take my truck to for a custom tail pipe to hook to the flowmaster 40 series I installed. A lot of places get spooked when you ask them to work on non-stock stuff, but all the guys I worked with at Tom Cherry did exactly what I was looking for, to tuck it up close to the bedside and leave extra on the end so I could cut it at the angle I wanted. Great work, service and price!

The final outcome hasn't happened yet. I received a quote and Mitchell temporarily fixed the problem until the part comes in. Very thankful. Very honest. Thank you Tom Cherry Muffler
