Moving in to new flat and trying to connect washer we caused a minor leak, googled local Plumber to Wimborne and Todd Plumbers came up, rang and got through to Matt who responded within 5 minutes, Matt very polite and efficient and within 30 minutes pipe repair fixed and washing machine in place. Overall 100% satisfaction, excellent service and number in book for future reference.

We had a minor leak on a tap pipe and issues with the waste from the sink. Contact Matt, who responded very quickly, attended within a few hours, really polite, explained everything, efficient, very clean & tidy. Would highly recommend!

Replacement our hot water cylinder and immersion heater when our previous ones succumbed to huge limescale buildup. They did a brilliant job— fitted us in at very short notice despite being busy with other bookings. Very professional and friendly guys- highly recommended. Thank you! 💦

We had a leak through the kitchen ceiling from a bathroom above. After several frantic calls to so called "Emergency Plumbers" who "didn't have anyone in our area" I called Todd Plumbing & Heating, Matt was able to "come and have a look" after he finished the job that he was on. He identified the problem within minutes and set about a fix. He cleaned up after him. He let the bathroom toilet dry out over night and came back to finish the job the following day. Very impressive and a new "plumber for life" in our household. Thank you Matt.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - we had water coming through the ceiling from hot water tank - Matt came out within the hour and sorted the problem. We had a hot water cylinder replaced and a new shower installed. Both Matt and Steven did a fantastic job. Very polite, efficient and arrived when they said they would. They have carried out a bathroom renovation, new downstairs cloakroom, moved and installed a new boiler and most recently fixed an issue with our shower.
