I had an excellent experience with TNT Stepanov LLC. Their level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to quality truly stand out. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care.
What impressed me most was their focus on getting every detail right and making sure the final result exceeded expectations. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding — responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied.

If I could give Tihon and TNT Stepanov LLC 10 stars I would. Their work is incredible. The deck Tihon built us is absolutely beautiful. The process was a bit complicated, as we were adding stairs which also included an architect and pulling permits with the country. Due to rot, we ended up having to install all new framing and entire new deck where the original deck stood. As all constructions projects go there were a few unexpected obstacles that arose throughout the process. Tihon's creativity, craftsmanship, and experience kept our project rolling and on schedule in lieu of the hiccups we encountered along the way. Tihon is extremely honest, straightforward, and communicative. I will absolutely use TNT Stepanov LLC in any future projects that arise. His work really is incredible and his understanding of the entire construction process is super impressive. Thanks Tihon for building us such a beautiful place where our family will enjoy many memories in the years to come. You are welcome to hang out on our deck any time!
