My pool pump finally died on me and couldn't afford to replace it immediately, pool turned green and I couldn't find a pump very easily on my own; came across TL Pools and Travis was able to replace my pump and turned my pool from green to clean within days. Outstanding service and amazing turnaround time. Also very reasonable for price of service in my opinion. Thank you Travis for getting my pool back to clean and swimmable and thank you Adrian for maintaining and keeping my pool clean and swimmable.

Travis and his team have been managing our pool for about a year. Pool is always sparkling. It’s maintenance free. Had trouble w pool vac and Travis had it fixed the same day.

Travis does amazing work and his crew are very detailed and they all are about keeping your pools crystal clear. Travis is reliable and efficient in his pools and repairs and has tons of knowledge about pool systems. Would highly recommend Travis.

Incompetent. Used them for about a year, despite every time I had a concern I'd get the "I don't need you as a customer, I have hundreds of customers" treatment from the owner Travis. In addition to being a bit rude, they're also grossly incompetent. Our filter needed to be repaired last November, and Travis initially told me exactly which part to order from Amazon, which ended up being the wrong part -- that I was unable to return, to the tune of $450. He then "kindly" replaced our filter with a used one, but apparently he used the wrong filter type for our plumbing, so this filter has been literally running backwards for the last 7 months. When I complained that the pool was frequently turning green a few weeks ago, he blamed my controller and basically said that I needed to be running everything manually (pump, valves, heater), which seemed ridiculous. He claimed my controller has "been the problem the whole time", but had never once mentioned that to me before that conversation. Needless to say I fired him after that conversation. Since then, we discovered the backwards plumbing issue with the filter he installed, and confirmed that the controller works perfectly fine. I reached out to Travis about the filter issue and unsurprisingly got no response. The guy is a $150/hr "technician" who doesn't know an inlet from an outlet and makes up fake excuses for his mistakes. You might be lucky enough to have an easy pool that one of his employees can keep looking nice, but if you need technical competence, or customer service, I'd avoid these guys.

Still charging me for a month he claims I owe for. Travis cannot provide what month and every time he sends me another “late” invoice, I am able to provide proof of payment. Additionally, he “lost” 2 of my checks from last year, so I paid him AGAIN! This company needs a better Accountant. I have had MANY conversations with him and these invoices keep coming even though I stopped using his services in the beginning of 2025

I had an issue with my pool backwashing dirt into it causing algae to infest my pool. I called the owner Travis to explain and he was very kind, understanding and went out of his way above and beyond to help me get my pool filter inspected and cleaned. His tech found a torn filter. The tech let Travis know and the filter was fixed a few days later. My pool is back to being clean and clear again thanks to the fast response from Travis and the techs that work for TL Pools. I would highly recommend TL Pools for your pool needs.

I had house guests for Thanksgiving wanting to use the pool but I couldn't get the heater to work. Our regular pool service company was closed for the week. Travis came to the rescue by being available, and at a fair price. He solved the heater issue plus educated me on it. Then he went above and beyond by skimming the pool, cleaning the filter and checking the chemicals. My guests are very happy. Thank you Travis!

Travis and his team offer great customer service and quality pool service at a very reasonable price. He responds quickly to any of my questions by text. His team is on time and reliable with their weekly service. If anything is wrong with my pool, they notify me immediately. Thanks to Travis & his pool company, I don’t have to think about the condition of my pool, I can simply enjoy it!

I have had a few companies maintain my pool over the years and by far Travis is the best. He has a seasoned crew that have been with him for years and the prices he charges are very reasonable. Without question TL Pools has my vote for being the best pool maintenance company out there.

Travis from TL Pools was awesome. I called and left a message about my pool not heating. Heard back from him that same day! He knew exactly what I needed and got us back and running in no time. I appreciated how quick and knowledgeable he was and will continue use TL Pools for all my pool needs.
