Incompetent. Used them for about a year, despite every time I had a concern I'd get the "I don't need you as a customer, I have hundreds of customers" treatment from the owner Travis. In addition to being a bit rude, they're also grossly incompetent. Our filter needed to be repaired last November, and Travis initially told me exactly which part to order from Amazon, which ended up being the wrong part -- that I was unable to return, to the tune of $450. He then "kindly" replaced our filter with a used one, but apparently he used the wrong filter type for our plumbing, so this filter has been literally running backwards for the last 7 months. When I complained that the pool was frequently turning green a few weeks ago, he blamed my controller and basically said that I needed to be running everything manually (pump, valves, heater), which seemed ridiculous. He claimed my controller has "been the problem the whole time", but had never once mentioned that to me before that conversation. Needless to say I fired him after that conversation. Since then, we discovered the backwards plumbing issue with the filter he installed, and confirmed that the controller works perfectly fine. I reached out to Travis about the filter issue and unsurprisingly got no response. The guy is a $150/hr "technician" who doesn't know an inlet from an outlet and makes up fake excuses for his mistakes. You might be lucky enough to have an easy pool that one of his employees can keep looking nice, but if you need technical competence, or customer service, I'd avoid these guys.
