Because we needed a wheelchair van tried to charge a 188$ for a 15 min drive seriously nice try I can’t wait for ride share services to destroy the taxi industry. Updated response: I wasn’t rude on the phone I laughed at you and told you I won’t fall for your scam. Guess what it’s illegal to charge more for a wheelchair van than a regular van. And we had a competitor charge 18.96 for the ride back, plus I tipped 20$ You should be ashamed on how you conduct business

My girlfriend and I were stranded at Orlando International after our flight got in late and we couldn't get our rental car. It was 1:00 am and we really needed a ride. TJ is great.

After sitting for nearly 3 hours once my flight landed, TJ’s was the only service who answered the phone and dispatched a driver to me immediately. He told me “it will probably be 30 minutes, is that ok?” and then 8 minutes later, my driver arrived. I was blown away with how clean the vehicle was, how nice it smelled, and they even had every charger you would need available for your convenience, which was a God-send bc I lost mine during my trip and my phone was on 10%! I cannot say enough good things about my driver, nor this service! I will recommend them to everyone I know that’s traveling to Orlando! Thank you again!

Five Stars is not enough to rate TJ. He went above and beyond to get my customer, who needed clean wheelchair transportation, and his family to the Orlando train station. Communication was exceptional, payment was easy, and timeliness was perfect. My customer even asked how did you find such a kind man. I can't thank you enough TJ,and would recommend you to anyone.

Called Five star car service two days ago to schedule a pick up as I was broken down with my car and being towed to a shop and he was going to meet me there. As it turned out I was delayed over five times and didn’t get there till way after my pick up time that we scheduled.TJ stayed in touch with us to make sure we coordinated the pick up and showed up at night time in the pouring rain to get me home. This company was dedicated not to let me down and complete the job they commissioned ! Most captain companies cannot compete with Uber, this company 100% not only competes with Uber but surpasses them with on time pick up and very economical rates! At the end of the ride I was offered to have my receipt by email or a text and was even offered a cold beverage during the ride. 9/10 times because of my delays this would’ve turned into a nightmare and I probably would’ve got stuck paying for hotel that night ,but not with these guys, as they were dedicated to get me home ! Five star car service is the only number in my phone when I am in Central Florida, as they do local and long-distance runs. Give TJ a call you cannot go wrong with this company!

I contacted TJ about a week and a half before Christmas Eve to schedule transportation for our employees in Winter Garden to Brooksville (roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes apart) as a round trip for a company Christmas Party. The drivers were on time for each trip. The first driver had to turn back around, after about 15 minutes in his trip back, because an employee's phone fell in the vehicle. The driver was contacted and the phone was returned with professionalism. It was pricey compared to an uber or lyft, but we had troubles with both before not even mentioning that neither allow actual appointments to be made. TJ saved us from a headache, last minute panic, and provided peace of mind. During this process, TJ was prompt on returning miss calls, courteous, and professional (as were the staff).

TJ was great; on-time, courteous, professional, and dependable. My wife needed a handicapped-accessible vehicle (wheelchair bound) for transport to and from a medical appointment. We contacted TJ on short notice and he was so accommodating and his rates were much lower than other providers. We will definitely use TJ Five Star Care Service in the future. Thanks, TJ!

Me and my family used TJ 5 Star Car service to take us from Floridays resort to the Airport. We got the contact at the front desk of the hotel. They were very patient with us when we contacted them as we had a lot of bags and we were not sure if the proposed car - Toyota Sienna would work. They took the time to take pictures of the car and assure us that this was adequate. The driver picked us on time and was very professional, helped us load bags, car was very clean, was engaging along the trip to the airport and really friendly. I highly recommend this service. Very professional Taxi service in Orlando.

Best Car service in Central Fl. Flawless experience indeed! I have used car service All over the world, and I was sooo very pleased with Jay and this Company. The price was competitive, the vehicle was beautiful, Jay arrived early so that we were able to be in route and arrived promptly on time, the pull up to the Venue was perfect and allowed me easy quick access directly by the concert doors, the drive was soo smooth and safe, I felt so safe with Jay (our driver) and the customer Service was beyond amazing! I have incredibly high standards.. and this Company exceeded them all!
