Because we needed a wheelchair van tried to charge a 188$ for a 15 min drive seriously nice try I can’t wait for ride share services to destroy the taxi industry. Updated response: I wasn’t rude on the phone I laughed at you and told you I won’t fall for your scam. Guess what it’s illegal to charge more for a wheelchair van than a regular van. And we had a competitor charge 18.96 for the ride back, plus I tipped 20$ You should be ashamed on how you conduct business

We were so grateful for the great service. The response was quick and the vehicle met all of our needs. Our wonderful driver Jay, was kind and accommodating! We were stuck on the side of the freeway and TJ Five Star Car Service helped us out quickly! Thank you!
