I called TJ Appliance Repair when my refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, and they came out the same day! The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in his van, and got everything running within an hour. The price was fair, and they explained everything clearly before doing the work. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness — it’s hard to find service like this anymore. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future appliance issues!

Tony showed up promptly and assessed the problem and was able to repair. He was candid about the fact that I had an older refrigerator and the repair will extend the life, but a new refrigerator was in my future. I greatly appreciated his honesty.

Fast and really helpful. I had a scary incident where an outlet behind a washer/dryer sparked and burned part of the wall. TJ Appliance and their technician Sam were able to come out same day and fix everything.

I reached out to TJ Appliance and ended up speaking with a gentleman by the name of 💥Tony, he was incredibly helpful and he gave me a lot of advice. I asked him a lot of questions and he never stopped helping me, in the end, he advised me that it was best to replace my washing machine because the computer boards can be tricky and complicated, and my washing machine was old .He gave me helpful guidanc. Whenever I need an appliance fix, I will definitely turn to TJ Appliance .

I can’t say enough great things about TJ Appliance Company. They truly went above and beyond when my neice cat got stuck behind a washing machine. I called multiple places, and no one else was willing to come out the same day, especially not on a Sunday. Rashim from TJ Appliance arrived within one hour, and carefully rescued my neice’s cat with professionalism and compassion. It was clear he genuinely cared. Extremely satisfied!! Highly recommended!!! Quick, professional, reliable and affordable. My LG front load washer shows "FE" error code and I contacted TJ Appliance Service through Yelp (after hopelessly contact another company), Tony replied very quickly as claimed on yelp and sent a technician the next day. Ted is FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and professional. He came the next day as promised during a window time frame and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He gave me a quote for the repair, went to get a part and came back the same day in the evening to fix it (even it was out of business hour). He was quick. FYI, my dryer sits on the top of the washer but he was able to remove it by himself with his tools. (while other company refused to do so.)

Called these guys for my washing machine repair. Tony responded and assigned me to one of his techs. They got 75$ diagnostic fee, but the guy came, checked and said it was a drain pump. He ordered the new part and got back in a couple of days for installation. It’s been a week, the washer works - and that’s all I need. The technician was polite and answered all my questions, was on time(although it’s 3 hour window - it’s hard not to be on time). Will definitely call them again.
