Our experience with Titan Repair Services was great. Mike let us know the night before the time frame he would be arriving. He also texted to let us know his arrival time when he was on his way. Our garbage disposal was acting up and then completely died. It was only 6 months old (and was not installed by Titan). I was in the Mays Landing laundromat and saw Titan’s flyer and business cards on the bulletin board, so I called. Lacey was very helpful and said she would speak with the repair pros and get back to me on Monday. On Tuesday Michele set me up for a repair appointment on Wednesday. By Tuesday evening i already had a text from Mike. He gave me a window of a 1-3pm arrival. Mike and Jay arrived by 2:15pm. They discovered, by doing multiple electrical tests, that my problem was not the disposal, but the electrical GFI box and/or wiring that supports the disposal. They significantly reduced their home service visit fee, offered to answer any questions and make any referrals. Mike said goodbye to my 14.5 year old dog and he and Jay were out the door in less than an hour. I highly recommend Titan for their punctuality, their expertise, their friendly manner and their fair and affordable pricing.

Mike came out to home, to diagnose my dryer and freezer. He was very professional, kept me in the loop on everything. Very thorough. He gave me my prices and ordered the parts needed immediately. Mike was on time to the appointment, kind, respectful and loved my dogs. He didn't mind that one of my dogs are extremely nosey and wanted to be in the room with him. I definitely will be calling them for any future issues. When I called to schedule the appointment I spoke to Lacey. She was absolutely amazing. Best customer service. She really listened and helped me get scheduled for the right things. Her patience and kindness was truly appreciated.

George the technician sent to my home was outstanding very knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy as I was not home when he serviced our refrigerator . Excellent customer service. Excellent repair rep. I was able to get an appointment immediately. The repairer contacted me to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived as promised. He did a thorough analysis of my refrigerator and although I chose to buy a new one instead of fixing it, he provided excellent analysis and advice. Would definitely recommend!!!
