I got six bids to repair a crack in our foundation wall, including one from an engineer, and got 4 completely different solutions, which ranged in cost from about $5,000 to $22,0000. The more expensive ones were to add things that had nothing to do with the crack (and fixing things that were not broken). Some of the proposed solutions would not have helped at all (e.g., metal bracing or adding French drain in crawl space). Jonathan was the only one who honestly explained the actual problem and how related elements work (e.g., allowing me to verify that our French drain works perfectly well and does not need to be replaced). Some of the other companies were really annoying, like forcing me to watch a video about the couple who founded their company (Kier Eagan anyone?). Jonathan not only saved us a ton of money, but he and his crew were a joy to talk to and work with (a breath of fresh air, really). They even fixed a few other things while they were at it. Definitely get multiple bids, but start with Titan.
