TISW is definitely the right company to hire. This family owned business with over two decades of experience provides their product on time with no surprises. Everyone in the office is pleasant, efficient and speaks perfect English and Spanish. They are always easy to contact, both in person and via the telephone. TISW handled everything. They obtained the architectural drawings, necessary approvals, permits, manufactuting, installations and inspections. The installation was done according to the code. These windows immediately improved the quality of our sleep and alleviated moisture issues we were fighting in our condo! I can’t believe how much noise they block out! And the previous windows just weren’t keeping heat and moisture out so summers were unbearable even with the AC on full blast. The work is top-notch and I’m so glad that Anthony recommended these to us. He made this process smooth and relatively painless. It’s not easy to schedule a time to get this kind of work done. TISW exceeded our expectations. Here's why. Tony the salesperson came out and explained the process and alleviated any concerns we may have had regarding our project. Yeah but, he's the salesman, most will say just about anything to make the sale. Every concern that he addressed was right on the money and without exaggeration. The 3 man team that came out to replace our 4 patio doors with impact glass said that they would arrive at 8:00 AM. This is Miami. That usually means sometime near 9:00 AM. Each time they arrived on time if not a little early. When a window is out for replacement there is no concern about any exposure to your dwelling as there is a protective tent like encasement. They will not leave until a replacement is in place. Your place is always secure from the elements. Clean up was perfect. Consideration for us was exceptional. Before leaving they made sure we were as pleased with the job as one could be. This company is definitely a 5 star company! Use them. Larry Silverman

It was a real pleasure having TISW do the impact glass installation in our condominium. From the beginning, I was impressed by the ‘can do’ attitude the sales staff initially conveyed and was then later implemented by TISW work crews. At no point did anyone tell me that something we requested couldn’t be done and for that I am grateful. I was generally impressed by the courtesy and attention to cleanliness of all of the workers; each day they cleaned up as best as they could before they left. Additionally, the work crews were very punctual and arrived within minutes of when they were expected. The office staff was responsive at all times. TISW was not the lowest bidder for the project. Yet, my instinct was to select a company that clearly knew what it was doing and that would strive to do a good job. It turned out to be money well spent.

TSIW did a fantastic job installing my new windows and doors. What a difference (no shutters, little to no noise, and electric bills are lower). Anthony was great. Their employees were great and always explained the installation process.

Service was great. Anthony responded whenever we had questions and once they started it was just one week and everything was done. They were careful not to overly disrupt our house and the windows look perfect.

This service oriented business was perfect from start to finish. I am not used to this kind of service in Miami so to my surprise the experience was far beyond my expectations. Tony, Anthony, Jessica and the team were always available, ahead of schedule in everything, and able to fix any situation that arose. They helped me choose the best product for our needs, we are thrilled with our new windows and doors that are soundproof, so easy to open and close, and beautiful to look at.
