I’m writing this review on behalf of my daughter. She came here twice for a tire issue and specifically asked for all of her tires to be checked the first time. She was told everything was fine and that she only needed air. When the warning light came back on, she returned and was sold a new tire. By the time she got off work, that tire was completely flat, leaving her stranded and needing help from a stranger to put on her emergency tire. Since this location is closed on Sundays, we took the car to another shop, where we were told the tire hadn’t been properly secured, which explains the continued air leak. This is a serious safety issue and should have been caught the first time. We won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place.

Their prices are truly unmatched. They beat dealership prices by half, and the quality is just as good (honestly, better). One of my favorite things about this shop is the open bay setup. You can literally walk by and see your car being worked on with your own eyes. No guessing, no wondering if they actually touched your vehicle. At dealerships, you’re sitting there hoping your oil change actually happened — here, you see it happening. The staff is always polite, professional, and courteous. No matter what you come in for — alignment, brakes, tires — they get you in immediately. The wait time is always less than an hour. Today, we dropped the car off and 45 minutes later the wheel alignment was done. And the price? A wheel alignment for a Dodge Durango usually runs about $150. We only paid $100, AND they took us right away. Every other place we called was either booked, their machine was down, or they couldn’t work on our vehicle. Tire Special never gives us that problem — they always come through. Because of their honesty, fast service, fair pricing, and transparency, they’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
