Watching from outside the bay, my mechanic removed the tire from the vehicle, then the rim, before replacing it with the new tire and balancing it The mechanic was professional in his work and respectful of my girlfriends vehicle When I made a Customer Service request that the other three tires were properly aired up to Mercedes psi specifications, he did not disappoint. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at tire mount and auto repair, and More-so with the professionalism of Emad & my mechanic. The level of Customer Service provided by tire mount and auto repair before, during, and after the sale, was top tier. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Total cost: $118.25
