I had an exceptional experience with Tire Generation. They initially came out to address a low-pressure issue when my tire was sitting at 17 PSI. He replaced the tire on-site promptly and professionally, and everything appeared to be in perfect condition. The next morning, as I was heading to the gym around 3:00 AM, I noticed the tire had gone flat again. I left a voicemail and text at 3:09 AM, assuming he would see the message around 6:00 AM when he woke up. To my surprise, he responded within minutes and arrived at 4:30 AM. Upon inspection, he determined the issue was not the tire itself but a subtle bend in the wheel that was causing a slow air leak. He took the wheel to a welder for repair and will be returning it later today. The level of responsiveness, diligence, and professionalism is extraordinary. The experience stands in stark contrast to my prior visit to America’s Tire on Main Street in Irvine, where I was quoted $199 for the tire and installation but was ultimately charged roughly $450 several hours later. That interaction significantly eroded my trust in traditional tire shops. Tire Generation, by contrast, is transparent, efficient, and remarkably convenient. Punctured a tire on I-5 at 10:00 pm. Daniel came out immediately and replaced the tire. Costs was very reasonable. So grateful and appreciative.

I sent Daniel a text at 8pm last night, he got back to me in minutes and scheduled to come first thing in the morning. He patch repaired a tire that had a piece of metal in it, and had it installed back on the car in 5-10 mins. Amazing service, thank you!

Daniel from Tire Generation was Amazing. He was quick, professional, courteous , efficient. He got the job done fast like a “Pit Crew”. I got a flat tire at 8pm. He was there fast and replaced my tire ✅ quickly and I was on my merry way. He was a total lifesaver and “Knight and shining armor “ kind of guy. We were 2 old ladies on the side of the road at night. I was super grateful when he arrived. Daniel was beyond skilled and helpful. I highly highly recommend Tire Generation. They are the BEST.

Amazing service! I discovered a flat tire in my driveway in the evening and filled out the contact form. Daniel responded within minutes and I arranged for him to come out the following morning. He assessed the problem and had the tire changed within 15 minutes. Daniel was great and it was 100% worth it to not have to deal with the hassle of towing and getting rides to a service station.

Amazing service. I called for a tire patch, and Daniel came within an hour and repaired the tire within 10 minutes. He was very kind and professional. The best part was that he was able to meet me at work, so I did not have to take time off to get my tire fixed.

Found a large bolt in my BMW front tire late last night, I’ve never used tire generation mobile repair, but Daniel answered his phone after 10pm at night, and even offered to come out that evening… We rescheduled for the following morning, and he was out at my house with the Tire issue completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve received ever… I would highly recommend!!!

Excellent work. I had a screw in my passenger front tire. Called the shop and the guy showed up in less than 30 minutes. Mind you it was 11:50pm when I called. Excelente service, don’t hesitate to call them. They will show up to you and give you the repair you need.

Called them up and they were over to where I was in less than 20 minutes (about 8 miles away) and had my tire replaced and me on the road in about 10-15 minutes. Wow - you’re a life saver man I appreciate you
