I first met Tina on a fluke by purchasing a kids ride on toy through our neighborhood Facebook group page. The night I picked up the toy she said she was studying for her realtors license. We talked a little and discovered our kids were in the same grade and we would be attending the same school. She was very sweet and real. Fast forward about 8 months and I reached out randomly about homes and curious on selling ours and what that looked like. She was very prompt and efficient and came to walk our house and pull comps. It took us a few more months to decide what we really wanted. During those months she never hesitated to answer any questions, and we had a lot of them! In March of 2022 we finally decided to just list our house and see what happened. She got us an amazing offer (over listing) BEFORE we even went live. While we were thrilled, we were extremely anxious on finding the home we were looking for to spend forever in. Tina always graciously sent us listings and we went to tour a few but none of them fit what we wanted. Two weeks later she sent me a listing of a house and we knew it was what we wanted. Our first thought was we will never get that in this market especially last summer when houses were selling within days. I had so much doubt that I didn’t even attend the scheduled tour for the house I just sent my husband. He walked it on a Thursday. Open house was scheduled for that weekend but got cancelled. All offers were changed to be due that Saturday afternoon. We NEVER dreamed of even having a chance. With all of Tina’s experience, hard work, persistence, love, drive and attitude she got our offer pushed to the top and accepted! We were in shock. We gave her an almost Impossible situation of wanting her to list our house and find us our dream home all within 3 weeks. She hit every single preference we had on our wish list of a home. It was a breeze to work with her. I can not recommend Tina enough. She is absolutely the best. Even when we weren’t serious about moving yet, she was always there to help and treat us like friends. She truly cares about every single one of her clients and goes above and beyond. A year later and she still keeps in touch with us. This is more than selling a house to her. She takes it on like your her family and works extremely hard for you. This is more than selling a home to her. She genuinely cares about her clients.
