I had texted pics of the rock chips on my windshield, and then a little bit later I called to speak to someone about it because I had a few questions ( thought it might be quicker) and when I called I asked who I was speaking with he said "Tim's Auto glass" I said ok but I need to know I am speaking to, he replied with "Tim's Auto glass can I help you" very rudely. I gave my first name and then asked his again, which he refused to provide. I asked if he was the owner and he said "no he is not" and then asked if he could call me back he was on another job, and I said sure. He then tried to call 30 minutes later, but I was working and couldn't answer the phone and he did not leave a message. He then texted me saying "his name was David (at this point I have no idea if this is true) and that the chips can be fixed". I can tell you this, I have worked in customer service for many, many years and this is not how to treat customers especially if you want to keep a business. I don't know if the guy was having a bad day or what, but I wont ever be a customer after this and I will make sure all of my business associates, family and friends are aware too.
