Finished product was ok but unhappy about several points. We were assured the new floor would be protected but it was not until we stopped them and did it ourselves. The outside trim was not caulked to the adjacent walls and a call after the workers had left felt like a brush off, not someone looking to satisfy the customer. Overall we feel we overpaid and got average work.

I would give six stars if I could. The whole process ran so smoothly from the quote, agreement, demolition, plumbing, electrical, installation, drywall, spacking, and painting. Within a few days my ugly bathroom was transformed into a room I couldn't be happier with. Every time I walk into the room, it puts a smile on my face. Thank you. I'm probably going to have the other bathroom remodeled, too.
