Time Wellness Tennessee

For the 1st time in my life, I set aside all my responsibilities to understand my place mentally. I couldn't shake a rough spot in time I was in. I understood I had more going on than I could or wanted to deal with. The staff in Taft became like family immediately. The initial intake over the phone was BS. Take some clothes for 5 days at least if you have them. Be prepared for 60 day commitment. That is the goal. Past that, be ready to have a better understanding of yourself and meet some of the most kindest people you will meet. The goal is you not anything else. You must do the work but it's worth it.

I don’t even know where to begin. It has taken me 3 months to come up with the words to put in this review. Time Wellness truly saved my life. From the moment I stepped foot in the doors I was nothing but loved, supported, and cheered on through my journey. I spent 2 months in Taft and they were the most transformative months of my life. The staff is second to none and I can’t say enough words to express my gratitude for my therapist. They were able to get my medications straightened out and provided top tier clinical support. If you are struggling, take the step. I promise you it is worth it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. I will recommend this place 1000 times over if it means it will save a life! I love you ALL!

I was at Taft for about 2 and a half months. The workers were kind, empathetic, and understanding. My therapist was amazing, they respected my choices and decisions. It was hard, but I made a lot of progress thanks to the program.

Time wellness has been downright the best treatment facility I’ve been to. The staff was great and extremely helpful, they helped me work through financial, medical and many other problems. As well as I was able to work through all my trauma. The groups were very helpful and I would recommend this program to anyone in need. Thank you so much guys!

I been too a lot of treatment center and nobody was willing to help me but time wellness taft they helped me through everything and didn't give up on me and send me away if you ever need treatment I would definitely recommend taft every day over any treatment center

Where to begin, when I first got here I was scared beyond belief. I had never been to a residential treatment before but knew I needed it. The minute I was picked up to the moment of discharge, this staff made me feel like I was apart of their family. They were there for me during several hard times and never left my side. My counselor was truly remarkable doing therapy techniques I had never experienced. She helped me release so much pain of trauma I was holding onto. They also helped with finding the right medication balance that I needed to function with my depression. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with any mental health needs. A huge thank you to Time Wellness for making me smile a sincere smile now. Years of weight have been lifted off my shoulders thanks to all of your help from the tech staff, case management - Heather, and even the director for clinical services of Tennessee - Jess G. I just spent some time at Time Wellness. Overall it was a good experience. They helped me get my meds figured out and I’m feeling much better.
