Claire did a home visit for me as I was having problems with my 7 year old Cocker Spaniel.Although he is a lovely dog he has in the past had behaviour problems,such as growling and constantly pulling when out walking on his lead.Claire made a full assessment of my dog,s personality and behaviour and helped me understand the reasons I was having these problems.Following her visit Claire emailed a full report of how to help with his issues which I have implemented since her visit and cannot believe the improvement I now see in him. We decided to contact Claire as we have a multiple dog household with one of our dogs being aggressive towards other dogs. Claire responded really quickly eventhough it was over the weekend and gave me loads of information. She gave me time to think about the service she offered and gave me plenty of info to go away and look at before deciding anything. After this she came to our house for an assessment and wrote a full report which she sent back with loads of info on how to help our dog, where to start, what to consider etc. The information was amazing, so in depth and relevant to our particular situation. Claire was then in touch to plan our follow up appointment. From start to finish Claire has been available for us to contact for help. She was really professional but personable so we felt comfortable asking anything. You could see how passionate she was when talking about dogs and that really came across in her knowledge. Were excited to see the progress. Thank you Claire!!!

Well where do it start. The amount of support and guidance we have had from Claire throughout the whole process of owning a bully breed. She has given her upmost effort and given us the best advice in regards to bringing up our puppy and due to the recent circumstances of owning a bully breed she has provided us with the best information required. Our puppy has come on leaps and bounds due to Claire’s phenomenal experience and knowledge.

We contacted Claire as our dogs were not getting on,. Claire was very good and informative. We are grateful for all the information and support, and is always on the other end of the phone. Still a long way to go, but can't thank you enough for your support

When me and my wife got a French bulldog puppy called Gogosi. We asked Claire for advice on training , his allergies he was suffering with and what his random bouts of barking ment. She gave us fantastic advice on all the above and also how to introduce our second puppy Coco to Gogosi to ensure they developed a positive relationship. She not only gave fantastic advice that worked she also recommended other experts in different fields of dog care that also helped us. We now have 2 healthy happy and content frenchies. Who bring so much joy to our life. When ever there is anything I have questions about I always ask Claire and she always gets back to me so quickly, with lots of helpful information. Claire was really helpful in identifying the issues we were having with our puppy. Since working with him, he's calmed down significantly and has become the puppy that we wanted. We couldn't thank her enough.

Thank you Claire for the time you gave us at home with our nutty Cockapoo Robyn. Your patience with us and valuable insight into our personal situation and how best to tackle the problems we have been facing was so appreciated and needed. We have been feeling frustrated with some of our gorgeous pooch's behavior which we knew was a problem with ourselves. Since our time with Claire we have felt more confident in our approach to training Robyn. Even though there is still lots of work to do we feel so much more relaxed and content with our family life. Claire wrote an extensive report (which in truth we are still working through some suggestions) the effort she put into advising us is fantastic and worth every penny. It has been a month since our time with Claire and although Robyn is still jumping lots she's much quicker to calm down and we do not feel so overwhelmed by it. We have made other positive changes to our home set up which have meant Robyn is now sleeping every night downstairs by herself and much calmer when we need to leave her on her own for a bit. Thank you again and I am sure we'll be in touch again soon when we're ready to work on the next steps.

You won’t find a better service than what is offered at Time to Paws. Claire is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, professional and kindest ladies I have ever met. After just one session with her with our dogs I felt like I understood my dogs so much more. Claire has always been so helpful with all the questions I bombard her with in different situations and I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she gives me. You honestly won’t regret using any of the services Claire offers! She is just AMAZING❤️

I first met Claire when I contacted her for help with a rescue we had adopted. She called to our home and discussed any issues that we had with Patches and set a plan ahead with all the family , when she left we felt much happier. I decided to continue with Claire and met for one to one sessions walking Patches to try and help me understand his reactions to other dogs . This was going really well and I was growing in confidence with Claire’s help in handling Patches. Then lockdown happened! As with a lot of pets Patches behaviour deteriorated, Claire was there throughout keeping in touch , always there with support and advise. Unfortunately Patches became very nasty with our families pets and we as a family had to make the heartbreaking decision to contact the rescue centre and they took him back so they could work with him with their dogs there. Again Claire was there throughout the process, going above and beyond really , always at the end of the phone with love and support. I would not hesitate to recommend Claire , her professionalism is amazing but more than that she is honest and definitely has the personal touch .

I was at a complete loss with my 7 year old lab. He had become so grumpy and started growling and snapping at my son, plus any visitors. I contacted Claire who gave me a whole load of advice. This helped so much, I have been able to contact Claire on numerous occasions to get more advice. It turned out he has horrendous leg and hip pain, and after consulting my vet, on Claires advice, he is in treatment. I would highly recommend Claire as I really didn't know what to do and the thought of having to get rid of my boy to protect my son was so overwhelming. I can happily report they are back to being bestie again.
