Timeless Wine & Spirits

This place needs an option for negative stars. I had hopes for this place but everything i picked out and took up front was mis labled and the manager/owner got pissed at me. Its not like I labled her merchandise lol. I then went and got the lables off the shelf and took them up front to prove it. The lady got so angry that she physically lunged across the counter and smacked some of the items out of my hand and yanked the others away like a spoiled toddler. The poor girl at the checkout looked as if she was going to cry. And kept saying she was soo sorry. The lady running this place refused to honor any of the prices of the 7 items I brought up to purchase. In her broken English she yelled "no sale" at me. Hopefully this place gets ran onto the ground and the lady takes her crooked business practices elsewhere. This is a very unprofessional and poorly ran establishment. Don't waste your time. It should be renamed as " dont waste your time" instead of "timeless"

Sooo many options! Well organized, beautiful set up, and stocked with all of the popular and the more hard to find options. Customer service is on point.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I purchased a bottle of liquor for the holiday, but when I returned less than 30 minutes later to seek a resolution for faulty packaging, the manager, Victor, offered zero support. Instead of standing behind their products, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that broken bottles can be a policy headache, but I was not looking for a 'handout.' I offered my contact information and driver's license and the card used for the purchase just to find a fair solution. He wouldn't even offer a small discount toward a replacement. The store uses cheap plastic bags instead of durable paper bags or boxes, which contributed to the issue. It is frustrating to spend money at a business that refuses to take accountability. I will not be returning and caution others about the lack of management care here.

Absolutely a premium liquor and cigar shop. Warrensburg is blessed to have such a great outlet available, this shop is a must visit. Today I had a buying experience I will never forget by pure chance. Thank you for your time and patience during my purchases, the attention was first class. Thank you for the elite Irish Whiskey and my 3 rare Kentucky bourbon bottles!! Keep up the hard work.

if there was a option for zero stars that'd be accurate i tried to purchase two expensive bottles of bourbon only to be told I first had to purchase a fifth before they would sell them to me my first and only time going there will not be returning.
