Having worked as carpenter for 5 years before getting into recruitment, I am aware of the frustrations of using labour hire.
You ask for a chippy, you get sent someone who doesnt know what a hammer is.
You ask for a labourer and you get someone who doesn't turn up.
Having been on both sides of the fence, I know the benefit that GOOD labour hire can provide, and how bad labour hire can cost you significant progress on site.
