Rodney was brilliant. Really honest and helpful in diagnosing our problem, with smart and easy solutions. Also helped with problems we hadn't noticed ourselves and giving us small solutions that would be free to do or we can sort ourselves.
We feel really confident going ahead with the work.

Incredible workmanship, service and professionalism by Aiden who completed treating beetle/woodworm and wet rot. By far the most positive experience I have had with a tradesperson. After a very stressful concern that I had rising damp due to the smell, I contacted Timberwise on the strength of reviews and requested a survey. They were 100% honest and did not suggest expensive works that were simply not required (as recommended by the previous company I had contacted). I am now one very very happy customer. Aiden is an absolute credit to your company and anyone would be lucky to have him carry out remedial works. I would highly recommend this company both for the in depth comprehensive survey and the quality of their staff. Thank you wholeheartedly Aiden and to the surveyor Jonathan Mee for not attempting to rip me off! It’s heartening that there are still honest businesses and tradespeople in this world.
