A professional level of service throughout, starting with the Surveyor (Steve), then administration (Diane) and the technician (Nick). An excellent team who scheduled the works efficiently and kept myself informed at all stages. Nick was knowledgeable, extremely hardworking and highly capable. He ensured that the problem was thoroughly addressed and, importantly, no period details were lost during the work. Highly recommended!

We recently moved into an old house and were concerned about rising damp and condensation in the walls and under the floor boards. After speaking to a number of questionable local companies (trying to overcharge £££), we thankfully stumbled onto Timberwise. We have been so impressed with Timberwise and can't recommend them enough. They managed to arrange a visit from surveyor Carla Gonen on short notice before Christmas and her professionalism and knowledge was head and shoulders above any other 'expert damp' company we had spoken to. We subsequently arranged another visit from Carla to inspect under our floorboards and felt very reassured with her advice going forward. If you need a reputable company for any damp issues I wouldn't use anyone else but Timberwise (and Carla!).

It was devastating to discover we had dry-rot in the house, but Steve from Timberwise was both very well informed and reassuring. It was a little bit difficult to make the initial contact, but worth persevering. Once the team arrived we were impressed by the speed and care they took to complete the work. At all times they were punctual, helpful and friendly and always cleaned up. The work was completed to a very high standard, both in getting rid of the affected areas and treating the walls and floors, and also in restoring the rooms and hallway. If anyone has a problem with dry-rot I would recommend contacting Timberwise and seek their advice.

So glad I contacted Timberwise, after recommendation. My problem was damp walls, (watermarks) in my lounge, I was really worried about what could be causing this. The gentleman from Timberwise was brilliant, after investigating it turned out to be condensation, was advised on ways to combat problem, chose/ordered the best one for my problem.
