I had a couple of Damp specialists come out to carry out surveys but Andy Clark from Timberwise was the only surveyor who pointed out that the plaster was likely touching the floor causing bridging and allowing damp to rise. When I removed the skirting the plaster was touching the floor like Andy said. From this I felt assured and confident that Timberwise would sort out the damp.
I was pleased with the workmanship that was carried out and the service that was provided to me.
A special mention to Andy Clark who looked after the damp treatment process, he provided an excellent service.

The team were very supportive through booking the initial survey, after making sure it was necessary. We were able to arrange the work to be completed around timings that suited us.
Graham who completed the work was polite, efficient and kept us informed of what he was doing.
