Timber Falls Tree Care

I first met with Derek when he came out to look at the damage. He gave me an extremely reasonable quote and was willing to work with me to get the job done. When it came time for the removal, Jason and the crew showed up, assessed the situation, explained their game plan, and got right to work. They worked incredibly efficiently, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Despite bringing in heavy equipment, there was little to no damage to my yard, and they removed a large tree that was sitting on top of my shed and my neighbor’s fence without causing any additional damage to either property. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked safely from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. Great experience all around.

I just had Timber Falls at my home and i have to say they did a great job in taking down some very large trees in such a small area. The crew was great, courteous, and professional as well as cost effective for the work they had to do. I recommend to anyone looking for any type of Tree service in the area. Thanks to them and will be using them again real soon.

I recently had my first very scary tree encounter when a microburst of wind took down many trees all over Barrington and one happened to fall on my car with down electric lines trapping and scaring me. Luckily, I was fine and so was my car. I called Timber Falls the next morning (probably before they even were open haha) and not only did I get an instant reply but was met with compassionate, understanding and urgent customer service. Derek was out within the hour to assess the damage. Because of my circumstances, Derek went above and beyond someone helping me with a tree issue, he humanized himself and just decided that day to help another human in desperate need at a wonderfully discounted rate. Derek saw the urgency in my particular situation and met it the only way he could and it was clear that my safety was his top priority. I will always be grateful to this kindness! And when I can , I will be using them in the future as I have much more needed work done . Thank you to everyone at Timber Falls! I highly recommend and would rate beyond 5 stars if I could.

FREE estimate was done. Got us on the schedule super fast! The crew was fast and efficient! They did a great job on our humongous tree. They got it down and cleared up quick and everything is clean, like they weren't here. THANK YOU!!!!!

Derek and Cassandra are fast and professional! I needed a huge area of woods cleared out that’s been overgrowing with bittersweet and thorns for 30 years and I wanted to save the good trees that were left. The work was outstanding. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

We had a bunch of really tall trees removed in our back yard that were blocking the sun in the late afternoon. Timber Falls Tree Care did amazing work. They were easy to work with , responsive and professional. They came with a knowledgeable crew and big enough equipment to make to job look easy. Trees were removed safely, quickly and they cleaned up all of the debris when they finished. Highly recommended if you have any tree removal needs.

We had several trees and stumps removed. The process took a few days of hard work but now my yard looks excellent. These guys are professionals, hard working, and polite. We had the same 2 men every day until it was stump removal time, then the boss came as well. The area was cleaned, no twigs or wood chips were left behind. They even took a small tree down and removed a big stump without charging us. My husband is completely thrilled by the work they did. We highly recommend these guys. I am saving this company's information for future use.

Their honesty and integrity was very refreshing in today's world. Second time I have hired this company for tree removal service. As with the first time they were very professional and efficient. I will hire this company again if needed, and highly recommend you do as well. All the crew were friendly when my family and I interacted with them. It was definitely fun to watch them do their jobs well.

Although the tree work was for trees on my neighbours side and for the third time in 30 years, I paid for trimming and Urban Tree did it before. Close to the same cost Derek got me a great price. Urban didn't leave the chips so I decided to take care of the trimmings myself. If the neighbour chips in great. Easy to schedule and they came today Mon. in and out easy. Well worth protecting the newer roof and the roof antenna is relieved after being beat up. And the insurance company has no complaints. They also noticed stress cracks which added to the need for doing this. Thank you.

Very impressive team! Showed up promptly as scheduled - set up efficiently, got straight to work, cleaned up every last twig - completely wrapping up the job in a timely fashion. 🏆🏅 Every interaction, from the initial estimate and scheduling to the onsite work crew was professional, courteous and expert. They truly know their industry and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
