Called for an electrician and one was sent out the same day to fix my electrical problem. Rand was great and explained everything to me as he was fixing it. Will definitely call this company again!!

I called and spoke to Tom and asked questions about a electric company that was hired for a job and wanted to add on more money for the company even coming out and getting a materials list for a job that they had been scheduled for the next day. I called and asked Tom if that was an ethical he gave me great advice and was very honest. I admire integrity in people and I think if I had another job that needed to be done I would call Tom at timber Creek electrical! Thank you for giving me a few minutes of your time. I really appreciate it and I also appreciate your honesty.

Timely, responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly. My experience with John and his company had been nothing short of INCREDIBLE from the start! He returned my call (only two of the dozen calls we made answered or returned our call and Timber Creek was one of those two and the other person couldnt help me for 2 weeks) he listened to my problem and told me he would be there in 30-40 minutes and he made it when he said he would. After looking at the problem he gave me the news. He gave me three options to repair my problem and an estimated cost for each option. Though its more than I want to spend, I know what I'm looking at for cost and I can make an informed decision. He provided a safe immediate fix for my problem until I can make a decision on which option to choose. And my power as restored to my home in less than 30 minutes after he arrived. He explained what he did and provided me with pictures. He told me this is how he would fix this problem if it were his own house which is more proof he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. No wonder he came highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Jon from Timber Creek. He promptly came out to diagnose our electrical issue. He was very easy going and knowledgeable. He alerted me to a fire safety issue. He was able to schedule us quickly for repairs. He was able to assist me with what was needed for our homeowners claim. He was very swift to respond to any questions I had before and after the repairs.

I called Jon for an electrical situation that I thought might be an emergency. He was so kind, and willing to help, and even offered to get me in the following morning. He even had me check with Toledo Edison first, as the issue was questionable as to whether they might take care of it. Rather than take advantage of my situation, he tried to help me save my money. I will definitely call him again if I have an electrical need.

Braden was great with dealing with my situation. He went over all of my options and definitely saved me some money... He's very professional and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable ... if you need something done I'd definitely consider having him get the job done.

Timber Creek was amazing, professional, and polite. Came right out diagnosed my problem quickly, and made it safe until the major work could begin. Two days later they were back out, and got everything finished in just a few hours.

I wasn't having any problems, but I wanted to replace my aged electrical panel that had seen much better days and which had been modified a bit over the years. Jon and his crew at Timber Creek Electric came recommended by two people I know who had gone with him for their panel replacements and I'm glad I listened. Jon answered my inquiry right away and he came out for an estimate much faster than I had expected. He gave me three estimates depending on whether I wanted a basic replacement or whether I wanted to go with additional upgrades, without any pressure or scare tactics. I picked the level I wanted and he was able to get me scheduled for just a week later (this service is weather-dependent because there's also outside work). Jon and crew showed up on time and ready to work, and work they did. Along the way, some electrical issues were found that required some additonal work and supplies and Jon explained them to me before starting on them. Jon could have soaked me, but the upcharge was very modest and more than reasonable (I'm not sure that it even fully covered the additional supplies). I'm sure every house is an individual case, but they got the panel, fixes, and upgrades done in about 7 hours and they did an outstanding job of cleaning up the site. The panel and work looks great. Jon and the crew were personable and easy to deal with, were hardworking, and seemed knowledgeable. I don't know much about electrical work, but what I saw inspires confidence in a job done right. If I ever have to have electrical work done, I know who I'm calling first!

Jon and his team did a great job and saved us a lot of time and money from his honest advice. I would, and have already highly recommended them to some one who is looking for trustworthy contractor.
