Fotis and his father are super polite and joy to work with. They are surprisingly quiet - we both worked from home and you did not hear any loud music or any unnecessary noise. I am an DIYer and I learned a lot from them (plus they did not mind when I was available to help or watch and learn). They also allowed me to take some money off the initial quote, which to my surprise was visibly split between tasks. I picked a task that I was able to do myself (clearing up the old tiles). Which shed a good few hundreds of pounds of the final quote. What else I liked? Great communication and the fact that they gave me the choice when they were going to purchase materials (from cheap, to medium to premium brands). They outlined the pros and cons for each of the option. So I felt like I was involved in the process. They were also open to my own research and moaning about 1mm gap vs 2mm. I eventually got persuaded to go with 2mm which I think is the right choice. Terrible situation, they were asked to replace 2 rows of tiles and straight away were trying hard to get more work by claiming I needed to replace the whole wall which was not the case. In the end the job they completed was terrible, they broke 4 of my existing tiles, stating that it couldn’t be helped which was totally untrue. I now have a terrible result, they took off £50 but refused to replace the tiles they broke. The worst part was the terrible attitude and very poor customer service, if they break or damage anything they will not fix it and instead argue with you and refuse to help

I found this company on Check a Trade and was very lucky that they had a slot to urgently fit me in. Fotis was very helpful and responsive to messages. Him and his Dad work together and did a lovely job in my bathroom. The tiling and grouting is excellent and they offered some really good suggestions that I hadn't thought of. At the last minute they also completed some extra jobs which were super helpful. Tidy, professional, punctual and very polite workers who I definitely recommend. We will no doubt have them back.

Recently had 2 of my bathrooms tiled, the guys did an excellent job!! They were very efficient and professional. Worked around my schedule and the result was amazing. Exceptional attention to detail with exceptional work ethos. All in all would recommend and would choose them again in the future.
