Let me start by saying that our experience with Tico Home Remodeling was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word. I could easily write a novel about what happened, but the night before the project was to start we discovered a water leak. This began an odyssey of plumbers, leak detection, and remediation specialists that Gus and the Tico team had to coordinate with and work around. I know they didn’t bargain for this, but they were very understanding, flexible, and professional. What started as a floor replacement, turned into a complete interior painting job and shower repair, and Gus and Tico handled the extra work quickly and at a reasonable price. Special shout outs to Nelson and Edwin who did the demo and tile work, Pablo and Ray who did the painting, and Jose and others who repaired our shower stall. Also Luisa visited us to do the initial measurements and provide the quote. Everyone took pride in their work and answered our questions quickly. We highly recommend Tico Remodeling. We felt like we were true partners in the project. Communication was timely and consistent. When the project started they created a text group with me and my wife, so everyone received timely information and answers to questions. I can’t say enough good things about the Tico Remodeling team. Their attention to detail was amazing and we liked that every team member had been with Tico for years, which tells you something about how they treat their employees. If you need remodeling work, call them for a quote. If you partner with them you won’t be disappointed!

Gus and Luisa were fantastic to work with! They were so great at communicating and setting expectations for each day. Tico Remodeling did a wonderful job installing new countertops in our kitchen. All their crews were professional and friendly, and did great work. They protected the floors etc throughout the job. Luisa was super helpful selecting materials and colors etc. A great experience, will be using them for future projects!

Tico Home Remodeling did an AMAZING job helping us design our dream bathroom remodel and bringing it to life. They have an awesome design center and team (special shoutout to Luisa!) where you can make many great selections, but they also took my vision for custom flooring and cabinetry and made them possible as well! The quality of the team’s work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We used them soon after the bathroom for another smaller project in our kitchen to replace old lighting as well. We highly recommend Tico and will continue to be return customers! The BEST company we've worked with!!! We discovered a leak in our kitchen in the end of September that required a full renovation. Once we started the process with the Insurance Claim it was time to find a company to help us with the renovations. I decided to reach out to 3 companies to get estimates and see which one we would work best. Fortunately, Tico remodeling was the first and only one. After speaking with Gus I knew that they were the one. He stopped by next day and since then was very active and fast with the whole process.He promised me we would have a functioning kitchen by Christmas but he ended up delivering to us before Thanksgiving! The entire process was smooth, fast, very very detailed oriented. When I say fast, it means fast! The kitchen was ready in 2 weeks! All the crews were absolutely amazing! We are very grateful to them for building us our dream kitchen!

We recently purchased a home that had great potential, but it needed a complete transformation to become the place we envisioned living in for years to come. After researching several contractors, we chose Tico Home Remodeling—not only because of their excellent reviews, but because they were incredibly responsive from the very start. I was able to book an appointment right away, and that level of attentiveness continued throughout the entire project. Because this was a large renovation, it was important for us to work with a contractor who was competent, flexible, and consistently available. In past projects with other companies, we rarely saw supervisors on-site. That was absolutely not the experience with Tico. Whether by email or text, they always responded within a reasonable, professional timeframe, which gave us confidence and peace of mind during every step of the process. The entire team was fantastic to work with. They were very nice, helpful and experienced. From day one, they walked the property with me, documented every detail, and delivered a thorough, transparent quote—something many contractors overlook. Their organization and clarity made it easy to understand what materials I needed to provide and when. Their project management was excellent, and their pricing was more than fair for the quality and scale of work delivered. To give you an idea of the scope of our renovation, here are a few highlights: - Relocated and extended the fireplace, added beautiful tile, and installed custom cabinetry and shelving. - Fully renovated the kitchen with brand-new cabinets, a repositioned island, dual sinks, swapped refrigerator and double oven placements and new backsplash tile. - Repurposed our old cabinetry and countertops into a craft/flex room and garage for extra storage. - Created a stunning wine room with custom cabinetry and a new three-panel slider replacing the original windows. - Painted the entire interior, updated lighting throughout, and installed new carpet. - Converted a guest bathtub into a modern tiled shower with a glass wall and door. This was a major project with many moving parts, and Tico handled everything with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the final result. All I can say is: go with Tico — you won’t be disappointed. We are extremely happy with how our home turned out and truly grateful for the experience and their service.

TICO takes care to do good work. As with most any construction work, issues can arise. When that happens, those are resolved sincerely taking into account the customer’s concerns. They handle all phases of the project including planning to finish. Luisa is great at helping customer make project choices where needed. We’ve used TICO for 2 significant projects. I recommend TICO for your next remodel.

Tico Remodeling did a wonderful job on finishing our bathroom in just 5 days. We had a terrible experience with a previous contractor who made a mess of the shower tile and plumbing. Gus graciously came to give an estimate and agreed to step in to fix and finish. We are so happy with their quality of work. They did in 5 days triple the work of our bad contractor who was here 4 weeks on and off. Germaine did an awesome job. We recommend the company to anyone who wants quality work done.
