We worked with Thrive to remodel a derelict garage into useable space. Although a smaller project than they normally take on, this did not impact our experience in any observable way. Thrive were attentive, collaborative, responsive to our many requests and excellent communicators throughout. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.

We’ve done 2 projects with Thrive and have been very happy with both the process and the outcomes. They offer excellent design expertise and have been able to incorporate that with practical knowledge and budgetary considerations to achieve our remodeling goals. Working with them dynamically in this way has led to a better end products than had we come up with a design and brought it to a different builder to execute. Gregory and his team are honest, respectful, good communicators, and full of integrity. The workers he’s had on our projects have been skilled and also genuinely kind people who we felt comfortable having around our home and family. We are now excited about possibly doing a third project with them!

I've used Thrive Construction on two separate projects. Their design/build approach is outstanding. They are careful listeners to what our project ultimately needed to be in order to realize our expectations. They did not fail!
