Very responsive, friendly and fairly priced service. Kyle does great work and is happy to show you how things work or where the issue is. Will be using Thrashers Utilities Services for any septic services needed in the future. Replaced two pumps and repaired a failed baffle.

I don’t often leave reviews but my experience with Kyle and Thrasher Utilities was so good I had to leave a five-star review. Kyle was prompt, honest, and thorough. It would have been very easy to take advantage of the situation and overcharge me, but Kyle was honest and the bill was reasonable. The septic system failed, the pump burned out, and sludge had filled the drain field piping, so it had to be ripped out and replaced. Kyle was able to preserve the leach field which saved me thousands of dollars. If you need septic repairs or analysis don’t walk, run to Thrasher Utilities. Call Kyle!

I used kyle to come repair a leaking waterline to my house. He came with very little notice and was able to dig up my waterline with precision using his excavater. He also helped remove a stump in my front yard. He was a big help, very reasonable on price and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

In getting ready to sell.my home I was informed I had septic issues not only at my pumps , but corroded wiring and failed drainfield.. knowing the horror that could unfold I called Kyle at TUS and he was on site within 24 hrs.as he worked through issue after issue he remained positive, informative( meaning daily calls with updates) and kept me calm.this guy knows his craft inside and out and was a breath of fresh air during a very trying time.
