Really positive experience getting a fallen tree removed and multiple others cut down on short notice. Very good communication after picking up on the first call and then follow-ups. They also had no delay in sending active license, bond, and insurance copies which matched the DLLR website, and not many other local tree services seem to have filed, and why I called Thousand Oaks in the first place. Nepo came out for an estimate same day and his crew was about to get to work the next morning. The estimate was also a bit under that of another company's, but his communication and active insur/bond/license sold me too. Great job on the tree removal, both fallen and standing trees, friendly crew, and really impressed by the cleanup. You would've never known they were cutting up trees in my yard and driveway all morning. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a call.
