Our Commercial Department recently participated in a continuing education/training session from GAF Cares Team to focus on sharpening our skills and staying at the top of our game. Here’s what we covered:
✅ 60mil TPO Systems – working hands-on with the materials that keep our clients covered.
🤖 Robot Welding– setting proper temperatures, making daily test welds, and mastering technique for clean, consistent seams.
🔥 Hand Welding – perfecting detail work around scuppers, corners, curbs, and penetrations.
👷‍♂️ Low Rise Foam Application– learning the best ribbon patterns on PolyIso and splatter techniques for fleece back TPO.
