Locally owned and operated (so you're not calling the central dispatch in some other province who then send a local plumber out). Darryl saved me a TON of money by walking me through a leaky tub fix, AND he followed-up the next day to make sure things were still okay! Can't say enough good things. (Be warned: there's a fake posting for this business on Google as well, so don't be fooled by any bad reviews on the fake listing.)

Our hot water tank just conked out. My husband K called these guys and they, without charging us, walked him through how to reset the tank over the phone. Thank you thank you thank you!

Called Darryl today and shorty after he sent over Andy to fix my toilet and bath which was leaking into my basement bathroom. I thought that kind of problem would take days but it only took hours! He also looked at my kitchen sink and fixed that up too. Awesome service, more affordable than I had anticipated, friendly guys. I really couldn’t be any happier. Truly. 10/10 - amazing customer service. I contacted Darryl from Thompson Rivers Plumbing on Saturday morning after discovering a pool of water around my hot water tank. Darryl spent almost an hour with me on the phone helping to diagnose the problem. We were able to rule out the hot water tank and traced the leak to the furnace. The furnace was recently installed by another company and I was able to contact them to have the repairs done under warranty. Darryl was just happy to have helped me,and was not frustrated that it did not result in a job for him, despite spending quite a bit of time helping me. I will definitely be contacting Thompson Rivers Plumbing for future work and will recommend the to others.

It was a very exceptional service from them.Definitely going to recommend them and 5 star isn't enough. My kitchen sink was not draining and I called Darryl late at night and he called me back first thing in the morning and sent Jamie to my house in an hour. He was very knowledgable and also noticed a leak and fixed it. He was patient to explain to me what he will do and said if I have any problems I should call them.

Darryl fixed my leaking kitchen faucet in record time and water damage from a leaking water line under my house which was a very uncomfortable fit. As well, he consulted with other professionals so they didn't have to go under there; beyond the call of duty! Excellent guy.
