I am beyond thrilled that Thompson Best was able to make it to my house before the big storm this weekend. My gas fireplace hasn’t worked in four years! Chad was able to fix it within an hour. Wonderful service and fair pricing. Thank you Chad for squeezing us in! I hope we don’t lose power this weekend but I feel grateful knowing that if we do at least we’ll have a source of heat.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with Thompson Best. Brandon was very focused on helping us fInd the best solution. He recommend a service technician look over our 20 year old gas fireplace insert instead of simply replacing the unit. As it turned out a simple parts replacement was all that was necessary and it saved us several thousand dollars. Thompson’s has service my gas fireplace since I’ve own my house and they do exceptional work. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any issues with your fireplace. But more importantly, they’re reasonably affordable.

The customer service at Thompson Best is unmatched! Our heater went out & we initially had a different company out- they told us it'd be 1-2 weeks before the part needed came in, leaving us without heat just as the temp dropped into the 20s. William at Thompson Best helped after hours to figure out what was needed, finding the part and getting it fixed the very next day (less than 24 hrs after reaching out). We are so thankful for how responsive they were, and the entire team's dedication to getting our heater up and running ASAP. We will absolutely be using them for all our future HVAC needs!

I had the same feeling today as Adam Sandler in Billy Madison when Steve Buscemi’s character saves the day and he says, ‘Man, I’m glad I called that guy!’ That’s exactly what I said out loud when William from Thompson’s Best left my house. My gas fireplace hadn’t worked in five years, and William quickly diagnosed the problem and got it running perfectly. While he was here, he also cleaned and properly configured my furnace, which has been running suboptimally ever since it was installed five years ago. William was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m incredibly thankful for his help and will definitely call Thompson’s Best for any future work!

Michael from Best comes once a year to tune up my pellet stove, always professional in his work. He is knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and very thorough it is work. My Pellet Stove after he does his professional work runs like a Brand New Pellet Stove. He reviewed his maintenance with me and my family. He Instructs us into maintaining the Pellet Stove and doing our basic maintenance on the pellet stove. Always professional.

Thompson Best came out after our gas valve failed after 20 years. It did take a couple months due to it first diagnosed as a pilot assembly, but when that didnt work they knew it was the valve and had to wait for them to find the one that would work. After an hour install my fireplace was running hotter then I could remember. The pilot assembly was free as well as the labor that day due to the misdiagnosed issue. It might not have been perfect and fixed that day, but I still give 5 stars and recommend due to the fact they dont charge for things on their end and go the extra mile when your hour from them and the quality of work in a short time.

I was looking to replace an older pellet stove and Travis was very informative in explaining the different stoves they had in their showroom. Once I decided on a stove Brandon communicated with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had a pellet stove removed and a new one installed by Pete and Randy. They were very professional, explaining the process. They were careful in removing the old stove and spent time describing how the new stove worked. I am extremely pleased with my new stove! I highly recommend Thompson Best HVAC & Fireplace Center!

Thompson Best totally lives up to the name of the best! I called on a Friday to inquire about getting a pellet stove and Brandon came out to my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. They installed my stove the following Monday. Very professional their customer service is top-notch and Travis in the office is very knowledgeable .
