I am beyond thrilled that Thompson Best was able to make it to my house before the big storm this weekend. My gas fireplace hasn’t worked in four years! Chad was able to fix it within an hour. Wonderful service and fair pricing. Thank you Chad for squeezing us in! I hope we don’t lose power this weekend but I feel grateful knowing that if we do at least we’ll have a source of heat.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with Thompson Best. Brandon was very focused on helping us fInd the best solution. He recommend a service technician look over our 20 year old gas fireplace insert instead of simply replacing the unit. As it turned out a simple parts replacement was all that was necessary and it saved us several thousand dollars. Chad the technician did a very thorough job of servicing our existing gas fireplace insert. A++ I'm very impressed. Sincerely, Greg
