They worked me in very quickly and called twice before being en route. The tech was quick & efficient. Utilized logical troubleshooting and remedied the problem affecting my Rinnai gas wall heater in a few minutes. There is a minimal service call charge of $195. The last time I did this myself, it took me almost three hours. The minimal charge was reasonable for this job. I've used them before and been quite satisfied.

We’ve had issues with our main service drain line clogging twice in the past few months, and Thomas Plumbing has been a great help both times. Our service tech, Nick, was fantastic—he took the time to thoroughly examine the problem, clearly explained what was happening, and even gave us helpful advice on how to prevent future clogs. Unfortunately, the real issue turned out to be that the pipes leading to the city line had settled and created a low spot, but Nick’s professionalism, patience, and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. We really appreciate the service and would highly recommend Thomas Plumbing (and Nick in particular) to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I initially called Thomas Plumbing on July 22nd for an estimate to service our water heater, furnace, air conditioner, fix a bad leaky shower and switch out some out dated hose bibs on the house. I was told that day someone would get right back to me. A week goes by and no call. I called back and was told they would look into this and get right back to me. Another week goes by and I get a call needing some more info and then I would hear back from someone. Today is now September 27th and still no phone call back with an estimate or to repair our concerns. Poor business. I will never recommend this company!

Our furnace decided to "take a rest" over the Thanksgiving Day weekend. One call to Thomas Plumbing/Heating and Brian answered. He was on another call but within 1 hour he was at our home and fixed our problem. We had a furnace fully functioning again just in time for the "cold snap" that was upon us. Thank You Brian!
