Unfortunately, if you need services other than braces, this place is a complete not a waste of time. Nobody gives you pricing for anything until you are there. I was told I needed to come in for a consultation to be in an established patient, then told I would be charged as a non-established patient. Complete on our waste of time when the services I needed. I just got a kit online for half the cost. I was in there for nearly an hour and didn’t even get a consultation

My first visit was in 2011, and they are still an elite organization in regards to communication and performance. Can’t recommend this orthodontist strongly enough. Great / attentive doctor, excellent / friendly team members, and stellar facilities.

You can look, but you will never be able to find a more genuinely caring, hard-working, and competent doctor than Dr. Thomas. Also impossible to replicate is the relaxed and stress-free environment of his office. It's really like no other and we feel so incredibly fortunate to have him and his wonderful staff in our corner!

We have been patients for several years, first child just had her braces one and removed and now we are preparing for her younger brother to have his applied. The office staff and Dr have been very good to work with. I couldn’t imagine going to any other orthodontist. Highly recommend Dr. Thomas and staff!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are the best! Always friendly, on time, super clean facility, and I appreciate the later office hours as a working Mom. I also like the fact that he doesn't oversell and really listens to his patients. We have had two kids go through him for various orthodontic treatments and will 100% bring our third to him if needed!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are great. They are very personable and friendly. I especially found the treatment coordinator, Melissa, very honest and helpful. I am very pleased with the convenience of the evening hours and the ease of scheduling appointments. All in all a fantastic experience thus far.

5 stars for this office. Great experience. Thomas and his staff were so pleasant and friendly. They went above and beyond for me during my visit. Thomas took my x-rays and saw things that not even my dentist saw and it explained so much of what I have been experiencing. So glad I went to this consultation.
