I was not happy with your receptionist last week friday. I had an appointment @12h00 due to unforseen circumstances I got delayed, when I call I was told that you only give allowance of 20 minutes after the time of appointment after that you can't take the appointment. I had to cancel my appointment because I wasn't going to make it in 20 minutes. So I'm asking myself what if I was desperate to see psychologist it was life and death and the only person who was going to assist me was this appointment. Please review your policies.
