Jeff just finished remodeling my bathroom and updating my bedroom. Re-furbishing cabinets, new vanity countertop, all new plumbing fixtures (including replacing a shower valve that required exterior access through stucco wall) and bath accessories, replacing a shower pan, fixing bad drywall texture, and installing new baseboards. This would be considered a small job by most subcontractors. But it takes the skill of about 10 different trades. Jeff is a renaissance man and took the time to ensure my bathroom would stand the test of time. His pricing is more than reasonable. Give him a call. And best wishes on your remodel.

My husband and I recently hired Jeff Thiel to renovate our kitchen. Our kitchen was really outdated. Having two little ones meant more time at home, so we really wanted a kitchen that was updated and practical. We had several contractors come out and give us an estimate. Jeff was the only one who gave us a reasonable estimate that was within our budget. He provided a clear and transparent estimate upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. He also sent us renderings of the kitchen beforehand. That gave us a better picture of how the kitchen was going to look like which was definitely helpful when picking the colors and style of cabinets. He also offered helpful suggestions such as adding light dimmers, two tone cabinetry, and maximizing the backsplash area to create a modern feel. In addition to budget adherence, the project was completed on time that took between 3-4 weeks. Jeff maintained great communication throughout, updating us on progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly, especially on kitchen appliance measurements. He maintained a clean and organized workspace. We appreciated him for installing a plastic wall cover to separate the kitchen and the living room, especially since we have two little ones. The end result is a beautifully renovated kitchen that exceeded our expectations from the cabinetry and countertops to the lighting. Jeff (Thiel Construction) did a great job remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms at my parents home. His estimate was very reasonable and transparent, which allowed us to stay within our budget. In November 2021, Jeff had given me a free estimate on a full master bathroom remodel and it was a great price. By February 2022 I was finally ready to start my project and had gotten several estimates, Jeff (Thiel Construction) had the most reasonable price for all the work that was to be done. The remodel began in April and ended recently, and it was worth the wait. I finally got the bathroom of my dreams! Jeff and his worker, Tyler were very fast getting work done and it was always perfect, not too mention, they always tidied up before leaving.

Great job! Jeff is very professional and did a great job installing a microwave over the stove. Very clean and organized. Would very much hire him again for other projects. Highly recommend him.

Can’t say enough good things about Jeff. He did an awesome job remodeling our garage and two of our bathrooms. Reasonably priced, great quality work, and very trustworthy which is important when you have someone in your house all day. He also does basically everything himself so you don’t have tons of different people coming to your house, and he built multiple custom cabinets that turned out awesome. I would hire him and his guys again for anything and will recommend him to anyone.

Thiel construction just remodeled my moms two bathrooms between 8/2024-11/24. If you are fortunate enough to get Thiel Construction you will not be disappointed. He provided a detailed line estimate of all the major tasks. For any changes you could tell whether they were on the estimate or not and whether a change order was warranted. He did timely and quality work and provided recommendations to improve the look. He is a one man show and did all the minor electrical, plumbing, tile and sheetrock work. I would hire him again even if he wasn't the lowest cost due to the quality of work and trust we gained from him.

Great quality work at a great price! Was able to get 2 showers replaced for what most other contractors charge for 1! Definitely recommend his services!
