I can’t tell how disappointed l with Thermo Box Technology. I came to see Victor because a fellow truck driver recommended him. I was excited when he found the problem within an hour or less. I did wait 5 hours for then to look at my truck but that expected in short notices. I was given an initial quote of $250 dollars for the electrical issue that drove me there. I was relieved. Then Victor recommended l change a couple of others parts such as the pulleys and the belt from the alternator. Then he offered to change the pulley again ! He then gave me a total price of $450.00 plus tax. I left him to do the work since I used up his time, Which l valued. Upon completing the electrical repair and fixing only the pulley, No belt. Because he didn’t have the band we initially talked about . The total was $720.52 dollars ! Do not let Thermo Box Technology *fix* your reefer. I know plenty about mechanics or technicians. I was OTR and didn’t have my tools. The work and time was not worth $720.54 dollar ! Thats why this guy get a one star!
