When Theresa called us to schedule an interview appointment, she knew exactly what questions she needed to ask to provide us with the best comps available to decide on how to price our home. She walked through the house and yard and advised us on what we needed to do to be prepared for inspections. She also explained the process very thoroughly. We could tell if we had an issue with our appraisal that she would be prepared to help us. After selecting Theresa as our realtor, she immediately listed our house as coming soon and then had a professional photographer come out soon after to prepare pictures for our web listings and a brochure that she had professionally produced. She held two open houses right away. We had a contract on our home in 11 days from listing and she followed through with us on every step of the process. What a great experience working with Theresa! Everything was first class, and she was so responsive. We interviewed 5 different relators and Theresa made us the most comfortable of all of them. One relator told us he sold many more houses than Theresa, but he would have listed our house for $15,000 less than what Theresa recommended (I guess you can sell more houses if the price is cheaper). We got more than we hoped for by using Theresa and sold our house in just 10 days. When we had concerns and reached out to her it didn't even matter to her that she was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, she called us right away and took care of the issue sending us specific paperwork we needed from there. Theresa was great! We are very happy! She's the best!
