The yard and exterior of the home is the first impression buyers have of a given property. If they drive by before a showing, they may not be tempted to go inside. Not to mention, buyers can compare the home to neighboring yards. If a property is the worst looking in a neighborhood, buyers could be hesitant when compared to other, more appealing listings.
