I am genuinely shocked by my experience here, especially given Dubai's reputation for exceptional service. This was, without exaggeration, the worst car wash service I have ever encountered.

The "Full Detail" Wash Was Anything But: I paid for the top-tier package. What I received was a rushed, 10-minute hose-down. The attendants used what looked like old, gritty rags that were clearly dragging dirt across the paintwork. I now have more micro-scratches and swirl marks than when they arrived.

I booked them for a full interior and exterior clean for my new SUV. The outside was okay, not great, but passable. The inside was a catastrophe. They used a cheap, overly fragrant cleaner on my light beige leather seats and left them sticky and streaked. Worse, the "deep clean" shampoo for the carpets left them so damp that two days later, a musty mildew smell started filling the car. Now I have to pay a specialist detailer to fix their mess and remove the odor. The absolute lack of care for the interior, treating delicate surfaces with harsh chemicals and not properly drying shows they have zero expertise. This isn't a car wash, it's a car wrecking service. Avoid if you care about your car's cabin.

EcoSmart carwash is all marketing and zero quality. They arrived late, rushed the job, and left obvious dirt, streaks, and missed areas all over the car. Interior cleaning was practically nonexistent. When I pointed this out, the attitude was defensive and unprofessional. No accountability, no care, no value for money. Easily one of the worst car wash services I’ve used in the UAE. Avoid.
