I had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Hiraa Dassu and her team. I needed an emergency appointment as I was in significant pain, and they accommodated me straight away. Being seen and treated with such urgency and care made all the difference. The service was top-tier, and I truly appreciate their quick response and ability to provide immediate relief. Saw Jaya and Vishali last week. Both were great! Jaya explained everything really well, and I’m coming back for my composite bonding soon. Girls on reception are also so friendly. Great atmosphere from the moment you step into the practice. Would definitely recommend this place :)

I went to see Jaya for a routine dental exam. We discussed a smile make over for me as I wasn't happy with the look of my teeth and it had caused me to lose confidence over the years. She was brilliant. Explained the procedure in detail, was very reassuring and I came away after the treatment with the smile I'd always dreamt of. I cannot thank her enough. She is a fantastic and very skilful dentist and I would highly recommend her. Everyone at the Windsor Dental Practice is lovely and I thank them all.

I had an appointment yesterday. I was meant to see Rayyan Al Hassan but was moved to another dentist. She spent most of the time looking at the computer and searching for old x rays instead of checking the actual problem. I have been with this surgery for years and previous dentists Ash always checked and cleaned my teeth during the same visit. She told me to book a hygienist appointment instead, which felt unnecessary and costly. The appointment was booked for 30 minutes. She spent about three minutes looking at my teeth. I left feeling that the check was rushed and not helpful. I am really disappointed with the service. She was not cleared and made me even more confused.

I visited the dentist with my son today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, I reported to reception — there were three receptionists present, and the clinic was not busy. I was told to go upstairs to the waiting area and that the dentist would call us. After a long wait with no update, I asked a support staff member to check. She informed me that the receptionists had not marked us as arrived. Because of this mistake, we waited unnecessarily for a long time. This situation was frustrating, especially when visiting with a child. I hope the clinic improves their communication and check-in process to avoid this happening to others.

I had a great experience at Windsor Dental Care in Leicester. I booked an appointment because I was having serious issues with a tooth that was pressing on a nerve. I saw Dr. Azeem, and he was honestly amazing. Super friendly, made me feel really comfortable, and to my surprise he took the tooth out there and then! I wasn’t expecting it to be sorted on the same day, but he explained everything clearly and got it done quickly and professionally. I left feeling so relieved. Can’t thank him enough! Had an appointment this morning found the dentist to most unhelpful. She explained my referral for a tooth extraction but then asked her to look at my other tooth due to a gap that needed filling she pulled a face and said would need to book another appointment. I told her this appointment was a 30 mins appointment. I especially called on Monday to make sure the appointment was 30 mins and the receptionist confirmed she had shuffled the appointments around to make sure it was 30 mins. Dentist said it was definitely only 15 mins and could not help me. Disgraceful service and I will be making a formal complaint. The dentist just had no interest in helping and just couldn’t be bothered. Would have taken her 2 mins to add some putty into the gap.
