I got my car tinted yesterday at TWT Tinting in North Hollywood and had an amazing experience. Their customer service is truly top-tier. They really take the time to understand your needs. Mary was super sweet and patient, and she took the time to explain what would look best on my car and what options would work better for me. Liz was also great; she checked the tints with us at the end and made sure we understood all the aftercare instructions. My car looks perfect, and the whole team made the process easy and comfortable. Definitely a 5-star shop! Amazing deals too!

Michael's customer service is excellent. He gave me a thorough breakdown on how the tint would look on my vehicle, and even pointed of some of the neighbors' car to show off his work. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was blown away! A completely different car! Excellent work. I love my car even more now. Whoever needs tint, I'm recommending them to see Michael.

Just got my car finished with full ceramic tint and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I got myself some window tint for my birthday and I’m so glad I called The Windows Tinting first. Booking my appointment and going over my tint options was made easy thanks to their front desk. They were so quick and helpful to get back to me. A competitor did reach out to me with a different price, but TWT worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted and even beat the competitive price that same day. Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable. Greeted me and my wife once we walked in. Had my 2023 Audi A4 and wife’s 2025 Honda crv ceramic tinted. Everything was excellent just only negative was that I found a blade underneath my daughter’s car seat. Please make sure to clean up better. But overall great work with the tinting. Thanks again.
